Families
NPC is blessed to have an active and thriving community of young families. Whether you have a newborn or school-age children, NPC has something for you.
Infant to Preschool:
Mom Connection: Join others in fellowship and friendship every Thursday morning as we discuss the adventure of motherhood. Childcare is provided.
Sunday Nursery: Loving, attentive childcare is provided for infants through toddler-age during the Sunday School hour and the worship service.
Cry Room: NPC understands that infants cry or need a quick diaper change, and that moms need to nurse their babies. To meet these needs, we recently created a Cry Room where parents can be with their infants and enjoy the service over a newly installed audio and video system.
Preschool to 5th Grade:
Presbyterian Church Nursery School: This non-profit Christian preschool is dedicated to providing a nurturing and safe environment where each child can grow developmentally and spiritually. It has open sunny class rooms, great teachers, and a more than impressive teacher/student ratio.
Sunday School: Grade-school kids enjoy our Children’s Music program as well as Sunday School classes that teach the Bible through an interactive and engaging curriculum.
6th to 8th Grade:
Youth Ministries: For the junior high crowd, NPC offers a number of engaging and fun programs including Junior High Live!, S’funday, and Heartburn.
Parents:
Adult Education and Small Groups: NPC is committed to supporting parents through family-focused classes and small groups. Topics have included marriage, parenting, science and faith, and social media and spiritual formation. Childcare is provided.
Women’s Panels: NPC hosts a Women’s Panel where women from the congregation respond to questions asked by others seeking wisdom and guidance. A recent panel was “Trust and Worry: A Balancing Act” (A Women’s Panel on the Biblical Approach to Worry and the Practical Application of Letting Go).
